This is the general pricing page, things can change, depending on your needs. This is to be used as a reference to know around the price you should expect to pay for my photography services.
Travel time is not included in these prices, will travel for free within 30 miles of my studio. Additional time is billed at $0.75 per mile, round trip.
FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Mini Shoot
$75
Great for people who are looking to get a few professional photographs taken. These are great for milestones and quick photo sessions of 30 mins
You will receive 5 photos, with the option to purchase more photos from the shoot for an additional $25 each.
Standard Shoot
$175
Great for people looking for a lot of photos of either an event, special occasion, or milestone.
You should expect your session to last between 2-3 hours. You may order prints off of the gallery or you can choose to purchase the digital rights to print.

We can certainly help you capture your entire day, or half day for any event, milestone, or otherwise capturable event that you want to be remembered.
Depending on what your needs are, most day shoots will average around $900-$1250.

Get corporate headshots done at your very own office location, or location of your choosing. We will come set up and do 3 different corporate poses for each individual. Discounts available for 10+ employees.
Branding Images

How do you photograph weddings?
Photographing weddings is such a fun filled day, one with emotions, joy, and laughter. I will send you a guide to help you organizing your day, along with a checklist for you to fill out about what type of photos you want taken.
From the ambience, to the small details of shoes, rings, and of course the couple - the most important people of the day!
On your wedding day, all I want to capture is the feelings, the mood, the emotions, the calm and crazy moments and all the details that make your wedding unique.
I will work with you from the day you hire me, to meeting in person to discuss options over a lunch to get to know each other, all the way through the the rehearsal, the wedding day, etc. Sometimes people say I feel like part of the wedding party, which is always fun!

When will we get our photos?
It depends on the package you buy, but you should expect mini sessions to be ready a week from when they are shot, standard shoots are generally around a 1-2 week period, and day events can take 2-4 weeks to edit fully.
You can expedite your order for an additional fee if needed, though I try to work my fastest to get them done in the order that I take them in.
Why Are Your Rates So High?
This question is asked a lot in the photography industry but from a business and time perspective they really are not too much higher than what you might hire any other skilled trade in the region.
Most skilled tradesmen in the Evansville area charge around $20-25 for their services, which is the rate I charge as well for my time.
how do I come up with my rate?
I want to be transparent as possible with my customers, and when it comes down to my cost of doing business, and my skilled trade, this is why I choose to price the way I do.
Even on mini shoots, I often will end up spending 3-4 hours editing the photos after taking them, include that with the travel time, set up time, research time, and location research. I often come out much lower than my target rate of even $25 an hour!
For example, a one hour photo shoot, often has 6 hours on average from pre-shoot research, post production editing, and travel and setup time.
Not only that but I have to hire assistance and secondary photographers for bigger shoots as well, which need to be paid as well!
How many pictures will we receive?
For mini shoots you can expect to get 20-30 with 10 free print credits (option to buy more prints).
For standard shoots you can expect 50-75 photos, with all digital prints included.
For day events, it can entirely vary on what all is happening at the event. Some events can come with 300 photos, and others might come with 750 depending on the needs of the client. Reach out to us for more details.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Sometimes yes and other times no, it depends on the needs of the client and the project at hand. I have several extraordinarily talented photographers that are in my network that I can work with when needed. I often will have either an assistant or secondary shooter at many events that I photograph at, especially for weddings.
Where do you live and how far will you travel?
I live in Evansville, Indiana right in the heart of the Midwest. Being the third largest city in Indiana, and located in the southern part of Indiana, I can make trips within a few hours to many major cities such as Nashville, St. Louis, Indianapolis, and many more.
I am willing to travel however far you need me to travel! I would love to photograph your special moment!
Do we have to order prints from you?
Your files are delivered to you in high-resolution digital format. You can order prints through the online gallery link that we provide to you, or you are free to take them to print at any printer of your choosing.
We recommend that you choose us to print the photos, as we are the ones that took the photo, and can provide the best care and quality control of the photos. There is a massive difference in quality both from a paper stock perspective as well as visually from a professional printer versus taking it to a Walgreen or Walmart to have them printed.
If you have the option, we strongly recommend that you have them printed at a professional printer, such as our printer that we use for our online galleries.
How much and what are "Digital Prints"
Digital Prints are essentially the high-resolution photographs that come from the camera delivered straight to you in a digital format for you to download and store wherever you would like.
Most packages come with all digital prints, aside from the mini sessions, which come with 10 free, and additional prints to be bought at $10 per digital print file.
Will my prints be watermarked?
Your high resolution prints will never be watermarked, however when viewing them in the gallery and also any photos I share on social media will have watermarks on them. Do not remove these watermarks, as doing so is a breach of character.
Am I allowed to alter your images?
You may not alter any images provided to you, this includes applying filters on social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, etc. If you wish to have a photo converted into B&W or want a certain stylistic approach taken with a photograph, please let me know during or before the session so I can provide you with the file, altered in a professional way.
Any images that are altered will be copyright claimed, and could result in action being taken against your account in question. Please respect my professional perspective on the photograph, and again, if you would like a certain style/filter applied let me know before or during the session and I will apply it free of charge.
Image alterations can be made as well after a session if requested for up to 30 days after a session, for $5 per alteration (changing color to B&W, changing to sepia tone, etc).
Do you do payment plans?
Absolutely! I can help set up a payment plan, I require 25% of the payment as a non-refundable deposit. After that we can set it up on a weekly, monthly, or whatever time frame works for you payment plan, as long as your paid in full on the day of the shoot, we are good to go!
